cancellations & refunds

City Gofers hope you find our service a benefit to your time. Also if you decide to cancel an errand(s) you have posted and payed for 24 hours in advance. We will refund the full amount of your payment if you give us notice 24 hours in advance before Gofer have received your info the next day.  

Same day errands are commenced as soon as we receive your information and payment. Cancellation of a same day errand(s) after 20 minutes of posting is not refundable because info have been received by errand runner who is in motion.

Also if you have gave us money to buy an item(s) and at the time of canceling we haven’t yet bought it, your money is fully refundable. Your refunds will be made back to the credit card that we charged when you posted to us. Upon cancellation, if we have already bought items on your behalf, as per your instructions, these charges will not be refundable by City Gofers, In such an instance it will be your duty to return the items to the store unless you give us a new assignment to return the items for you.

Refunds will reach your account within several working days of your cancellation. this time may vary depending on the speed with which your credit card company processes credit
